Nail fungus infects toenails and fingernails. It makes nails thicker, changes their color and makes them look ugly in appearance. Nail fungus prevention tips:
Here are just a few nail fungus prevention tips that you can follow to reduce the changes of catching or spreading nail fungus.
1) Avoid wearing shoes that are too tight in fitting and also don’t wear them for long periods, it can cause your feet to sweat providing ideal conditions for the growth of nail fungus. You should also avoid wearing gloves for long durations of time especially during hot and humid conditions. You should try to keep your hands and feet clean and dry.

You can treat the nail fungus infection by yourself or you can approach a doctor for its treatment. Hi Kim,
I can’t say for sure if itchy or burning hands are a result of nail fungus. I can tell you that advanced forms of nail fungus can be associated with pain.
Thick nails can also be a result of an injury. If your nail(s) is turning color, thick and bumpy then by all means try a Zetaclear solution just incase. But if the nail is just thick with no visible color change then its quite possible that its simply an injury to the nail. Again, its hard to tell without seeing it.
What you could do is follow this post, http://nailflora.com/thick-nails.html and try Zetaclear for awhile to see if it makes a difference with the appearance and texture of your nails.
